Boarding, Arena Rental, Arabian Stud Service
Located in Aumsville, OR on 5 acres, we offer a private, family oriented environment. We have 10 stalls with a 72' x 144' arena, hot and cold water washroom, shared tack room, washing machine for boarder's use, matted stalls, automatic waterers, owner on site, restroom, turnout available, free trailer parking, and pop machine. Jumps, poles and barrels are available for use. We have 51 years experience with horses to provide your horse with excellent care. Well behaved stallions and trainers are welcome.
Pioneer Tack Price List
I. Arena Rental
A. Individual (horse/rider combination): $5.00/day, arena open to other riders
B. Group: $100.00/day, $50.00/4 hours, $25.00/2 hours, must provide own insurance, arena closed to other riders
C. 25% discount to 4-H
II. Boarding
A. Basic Board ( includes feed supplied by us, hay fed twice/day or as needed, LMF Super Supplement daily or grain as needed, stalls cleaned daily, use of indoor arena, your supplements fed, owner may turn horse out in designated paddock while owner is present) - $375.00/mo.
1. Add on’s to Basic Board
a. Daily turnout by management, pasture turnout weather permitting - $30.00
b. Blanketing and unblanketing as requested - $25.00
c. Fly masks and/or fly spray or roll-on, to be supplied by owner, applied as requested. - $20.00
d. Daily grooming (Mon. - Sat.) - $100.00
e. Handle horse for veterinarian or farrier - $20.00/ hour, $5.00 minimum
f. double sized stall - $25.00
g. Custom hay fed, grass or alfalfa as specified by horse owner instead of Pioneer Tack- $30.00
B. Retirement Program ( includes hay fed twice/day or as needed, LMF Super Supplement or grain daily as needed, stalls cleaned daily, your supplements fed, daily turnout, pasture turnout weather permitting, blanketing and unblanketing if needed, fly spray or roll on or fly masks applied as needed, grooming Mon. - Sat., horse handled for veterinarian and farrier, regular scheduled veterinarian and farrier care; owner pays veterinarian and farrier fees, special care as needed, picture and update letter monthly) - $550.00/mo.

. Barn Rules
No smoking on the premises.
No alcoholic beverages, swearing, or obscene language is allowed on the premises.
Dogs are allowed on leash only. It’s better to leave them home.
If you are going to be coming in between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please notify us in advance.
Helmets are recommended for all. Required when jumping.
When passing head on in the arena, each rider shall go to their right.
If you are the last person in the barn or arena, please turn out lights when you leave.
Tack rooms are shared. Please don’t borrow without permission.
Do not handle or open the stall door of any horse that does not belong to you without previous written permission given to management by the owner.
Boots are required when riding with a saddle.
All horses are expected to be current on worming, all vaccinations and hoof trimming.
